Dr. Eads is a native of Maysville, Kentucky. He completed medical school with high distinction from the University of Kentucky and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee – Campbell Clinic where he received the Program Director’s Award. He then completed fellowship at one of the nation’s preeminent Sports Medicine programs at the University of Pittsburgh. He has served as a team physician for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Memphis Grizzlies, and multiple NCAA Division I programs.
Dr. Eads specializes in minimally invasive sports medicine surgery including rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs, ACL reconstruction, meniscal surgery, ligament surgery, hip arthroscopy, and shoulder replacements. Benefiting from the highest level training available to orthopaedic surgeons, Dr Eads excels at the newest techniques and cutting-edge technology available to help his patients recover faster with maximal outcomes. He strives to get patients back to doing what they love.
